Two suspects arrested in Kozan murder case

In the Kozan district of Adana, two suspects who killed one person and injured another during a fight that broke out when their requests for credit alcohol were denied at a shop were arrested by the court they were brought before.
According to the information obtained, Ş.K.
and F.Y., who wanted to buy credit alcohol from the shop operated by M.Ö.
on Örtülü Street in Varsaklar Neighborhood, had a dispute with the shop owner and Mustafa Çolak, who was with him, when their request was denied.
When the argument turned into a fight, M.Ö.
and Mustafa Çolak were stabbed.
Çolak died at the scene, while M.Ö.
was taken to the hospital with injuries.
The fleeing suspects were caught 28 hours after the incident by the Kozan District Police Department teams, following extensive work and technical and physical surveillance in the Ergenuşağı rural area.
After completing their procedures at the police station, Ş.K.
and F.Y.
were sent to prison after being arrested by the judge at the Kozan Courthouse.
K.K.
and V.K., who were alleged to have assisted the suspects in fleeing, were released under judicial control.
Meanwhile, it was learned that murder suspect Ş.K.
had been released from prison four months ago.
